About

Writing to discover what I think.

I write short notes and longer essays to work out what I think—not to have the final word.

Notes are the shorter pieces: observations, reactions, unfinished thoughts, and questions I want to remember. Essays are what happens when an idea needs more room.

Some pieces begin with a question I find on X. I link to the original post because the question is the prompt and the context matters.

This is a personal notebook, not a collection of final answers. The opinions are mine, and they may change as I learn, experience, and think more.
